Job Description To participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of software critical to healthcare operation including support of Epic. To maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. To optimize performance to ensure the system effectively supports healthcare operations. To stay current on technological advancements and adapt to new developments. To provide ongoing system support through on-call duties, monitoring, and maintenance.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and eight (8) years of healthcare application support experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Epic certification in area of support or certification obtained within 12 weeks of completing Epic training with no more than two (2) testing attempts required.
