Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Bakersfield, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients while developing personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient progress, educating patients on home exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded patient care. Administrative tasks, such as documentation and reporting on patient outcomes, are also part of the role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
Knowledge of Medicine and its application in therapeutic settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and deliver compassionate care
Certification in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy) is a plus
