Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Health Urgent Care

The Clinical Supervisor will lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team at Easterseals MORC Behavioral Health Urgent Care, ensuring the effective management of both clinical and administrative operations. Core responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and exemplifying professional conduct. Working in partnership with the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor will assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Facilitate ongoing site-based in-service training sessions centered on evidence-based practices utilized within the center. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention techniques, and community collaboration. Flexibility is crucial, as the position may require coverage support during all operational hours. Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work Professional Licensure (LMSW or LPC) At least 3 years in a Clincial Supervisory role Benefits
