Position Summary The OSM Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of offsite manufacturing (OSM) project execution, serving as the primary leader for OSM scopes onsite. Reporting to senior project leadership, this role manages the OSM team—including Lead Superintendents, Field Superintendents, Project Engineers, and QA/QC Engineers—and ensures alignment across cost, schedule, safety, quality, and technical requirements. The OSM Construction Manager maintains close collaboration with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors, balancing field presence with management responsibilities. In the absence of an OSM-specific Project Manager, this position takes full ownership of scope leadership, acting as the key decision-maker and final point of escalation before issues reach upper management.
