Local Contract Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients requiring close observation and specialized nursing support. The ideal candidate will monitor patient progress, administer medications, manage complex equipment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote recovery and patient safety. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Requirements: Active RN license Minimum of two years of recent Stepdown or Intermediate Care experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
