Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily operations in a busy Adidas distribution center, focusing on warehouse material handling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established safety and process procedures while maintaining productivity and organization.
The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily operations in a busy Adidas distribution center, focusing on warehouse material handling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established safety and process procedures while maintaining productivity and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform bailer support, ensuring cardboard processing and threading wires.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.
- Assist with packing, scanning, labeling, and inventory control tasks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
- Perform light maintenance and repair tasks such as painting and tool upkeep.
- Audit inventory reports through physical checks for system accuracy.
- Support team efficiency by adhering to procedures and safety standards.
Required Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Must be forklift certified and comfortable climbing ladders.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Aerial lift certification preferred.
- Experience with bailers, HVAC systems, or mechanical/electrical work.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Required Skills:
- Forklift operation and safety compliance
- Physical endurance and attention to detail
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
- Bailer or HVAC equipment experience
- Warehouse maintenance and organization
- Team collaboration and adaptability
Additional Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Adherence to site-specific policies (no competitive brands onsite)
- Basic math and documentation accuracy
