We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities and international operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across global business units.
Partner with business leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast.
Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for internal stakeholders and PE sponsors.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations.
Modeling
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Support M&A activity with financial due diligence and integration planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
Support ERP and system implementations or enhancements as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Experience in a multi-entity, international environment preferred.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
