Clinical Nurse Manager – Ambulatory Surgical Services
Durango Outpatient Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the perioperative area in our high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Summary As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will direct operations in the OR, Pre‑Op/PACU, PAT, and SPD areas, ensuring seamless surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will lead multidisciplinary teamwork, promote safe, efficient, and therapeutic nursing care, and uphold the center’s reputation as a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Schedule Monday‑Friday; no call required; no night, weekend, or holiday work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing school; RN license in Nevada
Experience as an Operating Room Circulator
Three years as a Perioperative Nurse
Two years of supervisory experience
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center is a plus
Good command of English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well with physicians, staff, patients, and others
Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse
Core Competencies Reasoning Ability: apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills: general familiarity with medical terminology relevant to anatomy and surgical procedures in the operating room.
