Job Title: RCRP Analyst Job Summary

The RCRP Analyst provides technical and analytical support for NAVELSG’s Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP).

This position collects, validates, and analyzes readiness data across Personnel, Equipment, Training, and Supply resource areas, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to satisfy DRRS and NECC requirements.

The analyst supports subordinate regiments and cargo handling battalions by performing data entry, correction, and quality assurance in Tableau dashboards and RCRP databases.

The role requires strong knowledge of readiness metrics, TOA equipment composition, and the relationship between material condition and operational capability.

Responsibilities include tracking Mission Essential Tasks (METs), identifying readiness gaps, and coordinating with DPAS analysts and OMMS‑NG maintainers to ensure alignment between inventory status and reported capability.

This position directly enables NAVELSG leadership to maintain enterprise‑wide readiness visibility and informed decision‑making consistent with DRRS requirements.

Collect and enter readiness data in RCRP and related reporting systems.

Perform data validation and trend analysis for personnel, equipment, training, and supply readiness.

Generate weekly and monthly readiness summaries and submit to RCRP Team Lead.

Assist battalions and regiments with data entry and correction within Tableau dashboards.

Support DRRS alignment and develop recommendations to improve data accuracy.

Clearance Requirements Secret security clearance required at time of proposal submission.

Required Skills & Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Business, or Data Analytics. Associate’s Degree and/or combination of directly related military service may be considered.

3+ years of experience in readiness reporting or DoD data systems (ERAS, RCRP, DRRS‑N).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, and data normalization techniques.

Working knowledge of TOA equipment and NAVELSG readiness frameworks.

U.S. Citizen; Active SECRET Clearance required.

Annual Cybersecurity and Information Assurance training per DoD 8570.01.
