Compensation $26/27+ per hour, DOE
Working Hours Day shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Swing shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am Plenty of overtime available.
Who We Are A locally owned manufacturing company that has been in business for over 90 years, producing heavy equipment for the mining industry. All product design and fabrication is performed in-house at our facility on the west side of the Portland metro area.
What You’ll Do As a structural fabricator, you will weld and fabricate new equipment as well as repair and modify used customer equipment. You will be required to work with thick‑gauge mild steel and must be able to weld in all positions. This is a true fabricator role, not a production welding position.

What You Need to Have
1–3 years of experience as a structural fabricator.
Strong MIG welding skills – dual shield, flux core with thick gauge wire.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Your own gear (hood, leathers, etc.).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
