Construction Project Coordinator (Procore Proficient)

Job Description At EJH Construction, we specialize in residential and commercial remodels, restoration, and custom construction projects. We’re seeking a Construction Project Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills to support our project management team and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with coordination of daily project activities
Maintain and organize all project documentation in Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, etc.)
Track and update project schedules and milestone progress
Coordinate material deliveries, vendor communication, and subcontractor schedules
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily logs, and progress reports
Process purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor pay applications
Support project startup and closeout documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and field teams to ensure project information flows accurately
Maintain organized digital and physical project files
Follow up on outstanding documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and punch list items
Assist with safety documentation and compliance tracking
Qualifications
Proficient in Procore (required)
Prior experience in a construction administrative or project coordination role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of construction job flow and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented with strong document control habits
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
Ability to individually lift and/or carry 25 lbs
Ability to multitask, read, write, calculate data and have reliable & predictable attendance
