Requirements

2–5 years of ground-up estimating experience

Degree in Construction Management or related field

Strong knowledge of materials, codes, and subcontractor pricing

Solid understanding of the 16 divisions of construction

Tech savvy

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids

Assess project scope and identify risks

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing

Support project managers with budgeting and planning

Conduct site visits as needed
