Summary The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This role requires strong initiative, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information and managing a broad range of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between executives, internal teams, board members, partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and professional communication on behalf of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars; schedule, prioritize, and coordinate appointments and meetings. Plan and organize executive and board-level meetings, including logistics, catering, agendas, and meeting minutes. Handle inquiries with tact and professionalism, resolving issues independently when appropriate. Review, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence and communications. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval. Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics. Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Provide guidance and training to administrative support staff when needed. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and standards. Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years supporting executives or senior managers in an administrative or office management role. Preferred Certifications: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Professional discretion and confidentiality
