Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled group fitness instructor to teach group fitness classes at specified Elevation locations in the Lakewood area, as well as provide front desk and group fitness class coverage on an as needed basis (on call). Great opportunity to work within a corporate setting and be apart of a growing group exercise program. Position to start December 2025. Location : Lakewood, Colorado Pay : $35 per class Job Type : Part-time Group Fitness Class Schedule : Total guaranteed group fitness classes would be 0-3 classes / week. Classes include strength, HIIT or cardio options License / Certifications : Current CPR / AED certification required Experience teaching group exercise classes (strength, bootcamp, HIIT) preferred Personal training certification preferred BS in Exercise Science or related field preferred Specialty group fitness class certifications preferred Covid Vaccine required at some locations Fee-Based Services Option to provide fee-based services at any of the above Elevation locations as well as virtually so there is potential to earn additional income. Must hold nationally recognized and Elevation approved certifications. This position provides safe, motivating, and effective individual and group exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in person and virtually. Provides up-to-date quality training and high energy motivation to members and participants in order to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
