Business Analyst Reinsurance Systems .
Being part of a strategic team responsible for Hannover Re’s central Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting platform jUWel, supporting our global P&C Treaty portfolio
Analyzing and designing business processes and system solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation across our underwriting landscape
Working closely with underwriting, pricing, and risk management teams to define and document business requirements
Designing and delivering training and enablement activities for colleagues in Hannover and at our international locations
Collaborating with IT and automation teams to implement future-oriented solutions
Contributing to Hannover Re’s digital transformation through process optimization, automation, and the use of AI-driven technologies
You come equipped with
Degree in computer science, (business) mathematics, or a comparable analytical field
Proven experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into actionable IT specifications
Strong interest in the business of an international reinsurer, ideally supported by relevant professional experience in (re)insurance
Ability to understand technology beyond the user perspective, including systems, data flows, and databases
Excellent communication skills, in combination with business fluent English and conversational German
Curious and solution-oriented mindset with a drive to rethink processes and lead meaningful change within a global underwriting community
