Supported equipment calibration and Quality Incident Reports (QIRs) through data collection, root cause investigations, and tracking corrective actions. Participated in the validation of new sauce equipment and sanitation methods (CIP/COP), and monitored perishables, allergens, and rework.
Food Safety: Strengthened Torani’s food safety culture by maintaining an audit‑ready site. Supported internal and external audits by preparing documentation, answering questions, and assisting with corrective actions. Reinforced GMPs through training and reminders and acted as a secondary SQF practitioner.
Communication: Led GMP trainings, shared quality KPIs, and maintained clear documentation. Updated teams on expectations, progress, and improvement areas, modeling safe behaviors and promoting a strong safety culture.
Continuous Improvement & Sauce Startup: Played a key role in commissioning and qualifying the sauce line by supporting trials, collecting data, and verifying processes. Collaborated with the QA Supervisor and cross‑functional teams to refine practices and suggest improvements.
Line Support: Built strong relationships with operators, learned every process, upheld GMPs, supported procedure adherence, and provided real‑time guidance. Documented and escalated issues to ensure product quality.
