Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover.
Help departments meet their goals and meet target metrics.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.

Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate owned and operated restaurant.
Compensation Shift Manager Trainee pay rate starts at: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour.
