You will develop, manage and direct inventory replenishment strategies for raw materials & packaging. Goal is to optimize the balance between supply availability, inventory investment and risk of obsolescence. Develop, execute and deliver RPW inventory reduction initiatives with plants and vendors. Execute all commercialization and promotional activities within the Materials Management function. Full engagement and interaction with cross‑functional team members. Manage portion of $.9B (US) and $.35B (CN) spend in RP.
How you will contribute You will:
Retrieve and organize the future requirements and inventory data from systems, plants and vendors to support Materials Management replenishment strategies. Ensure accuracy of data based on supply planning process. Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule(CTS), material write‑off.
Waste: Maintain spreadsheets for inventory tie‑outs and circulates destruction orders for approval. Ensure appropriate run‑out of materials minimizes waste and communicates with Brand & Finance leadership.
Expedites deliveries and addresses availability and service issues with plants, vendors, and supply organizations. Including assisting with decision making around prioritization of production/plant allocation.
Provide centralized communication to senior leadership and stakeholders on all messages relating materials planning, execution, and coverage for continuous production.
Participate in all commercialization activities and manage material supply and communication.
Procurement linkage to Commodity & Ingredient Spend Area and LPR Organization. Lead in cross‑border, cross‑category planning process and issue resolution.

Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast‑moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
Able to influence cross‑functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data.
Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
Education / Certifications Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain related discipline
Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills; MRP and reporting tools (SAP, SAPBI) a plus
This role is based at our East Hanover office and requires three days onsite per week. No relocation is offered.
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
