Apex Systems is looking for a
Techno-Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant
to manage file servers and support payroll operations.
Job Description The position is a contract role (3+ months, with extension and potential conversion). The candidate will work 3 days onsite/2 days remote in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Data and configuration management for Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll Module.
Development, testing, and troubleshooting of components such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher.
Ensure seamless upgrades and integration of vendor programs (e.g., Vertex to Oracle Calc Engine).
Collaboration with Core HR and Compensation teams to design solutions.
Support end‑to‑end integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
Deep understanding of payroll processing, US taxes, and payroll accounting.
Experience with Oracle Cloud methodologies and Oracle HCM integration.
Ability to work directly on Apex’s W2 (no sponsorship).
Preferred: Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL.
