What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Partner closely with materials and logistics teams to keep product movement seamless.
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
Encourage teamwork, accountability, and engagement among your team members.
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
2+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean methodologies, 5S, and safety programs is a plus.
A commitment to leading by example and driving operational excellence.
