Schedule Monday – Friday, 3:30PM – 12:00AM

Job Summary Cresco Labs is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team. The Materials Supervisor will be responsible for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

Core Job Duties

Oversee inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution operations and processes.

Enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.

Ensure productivity targets are achieved and all material processes run efficiently.

Manage scheduling and procurement to ensure material availability to meet weekly and daily pack‑out schedules.

Manage cycle count and physical inventory cadences to ensure inventory accuracy.

Plan and organize material handling and warehousing functions to best utilize resources, optimize material flows, and mitigate stock‑out risk; advise management on needed actions.

Develop and present monthly metrics.

Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence.

Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities, both within cannabis and CPG environments.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

2–3 years’ experience in warehouse supervisory or related field.

Experience with inventory control and reporting.

Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs.

Knowledge of analyzing and managing processes.

Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.

Pay Range $50,000 – $60,000 USD
