Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Phoenix Energy is seeking a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a high-impact role for a motivated, driven, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the COO’s calendar, priorities, and communications Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with precision Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between internal teams and external partners Prepare reports, briefings, and materials for operational reviews Track high-priority action items across departments and follow through on execution
Requirements:
3+ years of executive-level support experience (preferred) Impeccable attention to detail and judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage shifting priorities with discretion and speed Trusted, unflappable presence with a can-do mindset
