Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and passionate
Neonatologist
to join our highly recognized and collaborative team. Our physicians, nurses, and staff are committed to providing exceptional care in a team-oriented environment, making this a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission.
Position Overview
Location : All Children’s Hospital / main campus hospital.
Level IV NICU : Work in a comprehensive, state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit.
Collaborative Team : You’ll work closely with residents, fellows, and Nurse Practitioners, providing both clinical and academic support.
Shifts : Includes day, night, and weekend shifts. On-site staffing includes 5 MDs during the day, and 1 MD with residents/fellows/Nurse Practitioners at night.
24-hour in-house Nurse Practitioners to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality neonatal care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including residents, fellows, and nurse practitioners.
Participate in building and growing a program with a focus on academic development.
Take an active role in mentoring residents and fellows.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Interest in Academia : A passion for teaching and building academic programs.
Point of Care Ultrasound : Familiarity with or willingness to contribute to a Point of Care Ultrasound Program.
Experience : 3-5 years of Level IV NICU experience is a plus.
Salary Range Minimum $0/hour - Maximum $0/hour. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
