Associate AI Engineer – AXA XL

Responsibilities
Contribute to building scalable AI capabilities that enable functions across the insurance value chain such as underwriting, pricing, claims, distribution and operations.
Exercise robust data science, GenAI and software development skills and support solution delivery by following senior technical leads.
Ensure high‑quality software delivery by following code review processes and standards.
Clearly communicate development effort expectations and help set project timelines by collaborating with project managers, senior data scientists and software developers.
Qualifications
Hands‑on knowledge and experience in the life cycle of AI technical capability development from ideation and data exploration to model training, selection, deployment and monitoring.
Combination of solid execution, strategic thinking and ability to connect the dots.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Preferred experience supporting multiple specialty areas of Digital, Data and Analytics.
Passion for digital, data and AI and experience working within a digital and data‑driven organization.

Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 66,000 – 105,100. Actual pay will be determined based on the individual’s skills, experience and location and is aligned with market and internal equity.
