Associate AI Engineer – AXA XL
AXA XL is a global leader in property and casualty insurance, focusing on digital innovation and data‑driven solutions. The Artificial Intelligence & Analytics team is responsible for building scalable AI capabilities across underwriting, pricing, claims, distribution, operations and more.
Responsibilities
Build scalable AI capabilities that enable solutions across the insurance value chain.
Develop robust data science, GenAI and software development skills; support solution delivery under the guidance of senior technical members.
Follow the code review process and standard to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
Communicate development effort expectations and collaborate with project managers, senior data scientists and software developers to set project timelines.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with the full AI development lifecycle: ideation, data exploration, model training, selection, deployment and monitoring.
Solid execution combined with strategic thinking and the ability to connect the dots.
Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Preferred experience supporting multiple specialty areas within Digital, Data and Analytics.
Passion for digital, data and AI, and experience working within a data‑driven organization.
