Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support by managing the CEO’s schedule, preparing expense reports, and handling daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include coordinating confidential communications, managing diaries, and ensuring the CEO’s day‑to‑day operations run efficiently. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively support the needs of an executive leader.
Qualifications
Proficiency in executive and administrative assistance tasks
Experience providing executive support and managing high‑level priorities
Skills in preparing and managing expense reports
Expertise in diary management to schedule and organize meetings and appointments effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information
Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
