We are currently seeking a
Technical Project Manager
to join our team in
Jacksonville, Florida, United States .
Responsibilities
Brainstorming and planning the project execution and delivery
Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members
Execution of each phase of the project
Managing the project's budget
Communicating with all stakeholders
Strong foundational knowledge of infrastructure and architecture
Strong knowledge of project management tools Scrum/Agile etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non‑technical terms
Defining and organizing the program, outlining tenets, analyzing data, driving performance improvements and influencing resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery)
Fostering an environment of engineering excellence and innovation
Working closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs
Understanding service level agreements (SLA) and monitoring system performance relative to them
Understanding of Telecommunication and Contact Center systems
Familiarity with cloud‑based services
Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and execution of sprints
Removing blockers and finding paths forward in challenging situations
Ensuring teams build using modern practices and tools
Driving change for the development community
Cultivating operational excellence within teams
Ensuring systems self‑report breaches and understand root cause
Insisting that teams provide timely resolution of identified production defects
Qualifications
Overall 7+ years of experience
5+ years managing the lifecycle for a complex cross‑functional body of work with long‑term impact on the company
2+ years establishing collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams
