Staff Accountant
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented staff accountant to support our expanding finance team. This role will assist in cash management, financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate is flexible, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.
Base pay range $80,000.00 / yr – $90,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Assist in cash management, including monitoring cash flow and preparing supporting reports.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
Collaborate with senior accountants and management to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist with ERP system transition and ongoing system support (Sage Intacct implementation).
Contribute to ad hoc projects, process improvements, and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of accounting experience with knowledge of GAAP.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred: experience in real estate, construction, or financial services.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a tight‑knit team environment.
