Schedule:
Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$1,880–$2,020 per week
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred) with ICU certification
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience
At least 1 year of travel nurse experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts as scheduled
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, surgeons, and transplant specialists
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed
Educate and support patients and families, ensuring clear communication throughout the care process
Maintain a safe clinical environment and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
