Qualifications
Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology
Experience in Relationship Counseling
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage client documentation and maintain confidentiality
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio
1. Core Job Functions and Responsibilities
Integrated Patient Care:
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling consistent with the organization’s mission of delivering
preventative and restorative health care solutions in a holistic manner .
Root-Cause Assessment:
Administer required clinical screening tools, including the
Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment , as part of the initial diagnostic baseline.
Holistic Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and implement treatment plans that integrate the
four holistic circles of health
(Biological, Psychophysiological, Social, Spiritual) and emphasize the
removal of the root causes of disease .
Specialized Skill Delivery:
Conduct sessions utilizing specialized, evidence-based modalities like
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/Tapping
and other integrated interventions per training.
Documentation & Compliance:
Complete all clinical records, progress notes, and billing documentation accurately and within system (or equivalent) requirements.
Non-Clinical Duties:
Attend all weekly team meetings, case consultations, and mandatory training sessions.
2. W-2 Compensation & Stability You receive the stability of a W-2 employee with taxes withheld and mandatory benefits, combined with high earning potential.
Clinical Fee-for-Service:
Starting at
$40 – $43.50 per 60-minute session
paid for all completed clinical hours. (Range: gross income annually).
Mandatory Paid Admin Time:
Compensated at the
State Minimum Wage
( as of Jan 1, 2025) for all required non-billable time: mandatory training, weekly team meetings, and completing clinical documentation.
All hours worked are paid.
Full Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for competitive
Medical, Dental, and Vision
coverage after 90 days.
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Receive
80 hours (2 weeks)
of paid time off annually, reinforcing our commitment to preventing burnout.
Job Requirements and Vetting Process
Commitment:
Total Hours per week 30-40 ( 25 Clinical Hours Required).
Education:
Master’s degree
or higher in a mental health field.
Licensure:
Current and valid independent licensure in Ohio.
Mandatory Pre-Hire Vetting:
Successful completion of the
pre-employment screening , which includes a holistic health practitioner course. This test assesses your
competency, alignment, and capacity
to engage in this highly specialized, integrated field.
Credentialing Process:
Successful completion of the credentialing process with
insurance panels , covering all major payers.
Successful FBI fingerprint and background screening
