Location : Louisville, KY Setting : Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Your Role:
Evaluate and treat patients using progressive, functional techniques Create individualized rehab plans and home programs Communicate regularly with patients and interdisciplinary team members Track outcomes and make real-time adjustments to improve progress Stay current with best practices through CE and mentorship What You Bring:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain) Passion for sports medicine and functional rehab Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):
Athletic Trainer certification Dry Needling, Graston/IASTM, SFMA, FMS, Cupping, or BFR certifications NASM PES or CES, CSCS What You’ll Get:
