We’re seeking a skilled and motivated
Maintenance Technician
to help ensure our property systems, buildings, and amenities operate at the highest standards. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained environment for our owners and guests — while offering excellent opportunities for career growth within a world-class hospitality organization.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and evaluate systems, machines, and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, irrigation, etc.) to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems, utilities, and grounds.
Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently using available tools, materials, and independent research to determine the best solutions.
Install, maintain, and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems as needed to improve safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Utilize preventive maintenance software to track repairs, schedule inspections, and ensure consistent maintenance practices.
Communicate effectively with management, front desk staff, and the Director of Engineering regarding maintenance issues and project status.
Make informed recommendations for updates or system improvements that enhance operations and guest experience.
Location Stag Lodge, Park City, UT
Employment Type Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate $23-$27/hour DOE
Schedule Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Requirements
Strong technical, mechanical, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (such as BAS).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Education & Experience One of the following:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or related field; or
Certificate from a trade school or technical college with 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or
Licensed Plumber or Licensed HVAC Technician
Proven experience troubleshooting using available materials and independent research
