Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
Board Certified Veterinary Dentist & Oral Surgeon or Residency Trained Veterinarian
