Position Overview

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of daily operations at our Las Vegas facility. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑driven, overseeing receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, shipping, returns, safety, and labor performance. You’ll manage a warehouse team, enforce KPIs, and implement best practices for e‑commerce and retail fulfillment. You’ll also partner with operations and supply chain leadership to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, returns).
• Oversee inbound shipments, verify receipts against POs, and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts.
• Ensure order accuracy, SLA compliance, and resolve carrier/delivery exceptions.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while promoting accountability and safety.
• Implement SOPs for receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Track KPIs and run regular shift huddles and performance reviews.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, compliant facility.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience (DTC/e‑commerce or distribution preferred).
• Proven success managing receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite, ShipHero, or similar).
• Hands‑on leader with strong people‑management skills.

Preferred

• Lean/Kaizen process improvement experience.
• Spanish language skills.
