The Brooklyn Center for Psychotherapy is an Outpatient Mental Health Center located in Park Slope, Brooklyn that is known for providing the highest quality of care while treating each and every patient with the kindness and respect they deserve.
We are currently seeking multiple fee-for-service Psychologists / LMSW / LCSW / LMHC's to provide individual therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescent, and young adults. These candidates must have a minimum of 2 / 3 years experience post degree.
Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fee-For-Service Clinical Social Worker. The position is located in Brooklyn, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct clinical services and supporting patients with mental health and behavioral health issues. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
Qualifications
Social Work skills
Strong Mental Health and Behavioral Health skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work with children and adolescents a plus
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Relevant state licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW)
