Group Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant- Royal Palms Resort and Spa The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales & Events team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to both Sales Managers and external clients. This dynamic position involves a variety of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Managing incoming phone and internet inquiries with professionalism and prompt attention
Supporting multiple Sales Managers simultaneously with requests and tasks
Drafting customized proposals and contracts
Assisting with commission tracking and reporting
Coordinating site tours to showcase the property’s offerings
Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems and databases
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. They are eager to deepen their understanding of the Sales and Events department, embrace new challenges with enthusiasm, and contribute to the team’s success through both collaborative efforts and independent initiative.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting
Proficiency in key computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
