Job Classification
Classification: Full‑Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Pay Range: Hourly rate of $25.12. After 9 months of employment, the rate increases to 90% of the full union rate per the collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities
Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, empty carts of soiled linens, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash, insects, and debris, and empty ashtrays.
Greet guests in a friendly manner.
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed.
Assist in delivering guest requests and, when required, assist with cleaning guest rooms.
