Our client, a leading self-performing general contractor, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest. Known for their deep expertise in excavation, underground utilities, and concrete work, they prioritize safety, quality, and long‑term team development. Key highlights of the position include a 1.5‑year flagship project with a respected general contractor building water infrastructure. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of wastewater construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing self‑performed water infrastructure construction.
Strong communication and planning skills.
Proficiency in construction management software.
Willingness to temporarily relocate or live near southern New Mexico.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
