Job Details:

• Primary shift is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday

• Call coverage required for nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to both scrub and circulate

• Strong neurosurgical OR skills required - must have neuro scrub experience

• Patient ratio is 1:1

• Required procedures include ALIF, craniotomy, laminectomy, anterior cervical fusion, cervical fusion, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, and lumbar fusion

• 2 years of experience required

• BLS certification required

• Charge experience preferred

• Epic charting system preferred

• Must complete 40 hours of orientation

• Must complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing (not billable)

• Scrub color is seafoam green and provided by facility

• VA or compact nursing license required

• Weekend coverage included in shift requirements

• First-time travelers accepted

• Local candidates accepted at same rate

• Travel pairs may be submitted but must be on separate units

The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and provides comprehensive surgical services with specialized neurosurgical teams.
