Job Description Petroleum Supply Specialist Job Overview: You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a dependable fuel supply. This role involves overseeing the reception, storage, and distribution of bulk or packaged petroleum-based products. Your position provides an opportunity for honing technical skills by acquiring expertise in assembling refueling systems and equipment, conducting precise quality assurance checks, and efficiently managing the supply and storage of fuel from a variety of sources. Your new skills will enable the success and effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage reception, storage, and distribution of bulk and packaged petroleum products.

Oversee fuel usage, refueling of vehicles and aircraft.

Ensure safe transportation and handling of fuels.

Assemble refueling systems and conduct quality assurance checks.

Maintain fuel supplies from multiple sources.

Follow environmental regulation compliance, hazmat compliance, and emergency management protocols.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Age 17–34 years.

High School Diploma or GED.

No major law violations and no significant medical concerns.

Ability to meet tattoo guidelines.

10 weeks of basic training and 10 weeks of advanced training required.

ASVAB score 85 for Clerical (CL) or Operators & Food (OF).

Ability to obtain up to 31 nationally recognized certifications.

Experience in operating refueling systems, shop mechanics, planning & scheduling.
