We’re looking for a

Senior Product Designer & Rapid AI Prototyper

to drive 0?1 product design, quickly build and test prototypes (including using

Vibe Coding tools like Replit

), and turn signal from users into validated product bets. You’ll collaborate with PM, Engineering, and Data/AI partners to ship learning fast and evolve early concepts into lovable products.

Responsibilities

Own 0?1 problem spaces:

Frame problems, define success metrics, and create lightweight artifacts to align teams.

Prototype at speed:

Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts using

Vibe Coding tools (e.g., Replit)

to test feasibility.

Validate hypotheses:

Plan and run scrappy experiments, customer interviews, and usability tests; synthesize insights into go/no-go recommendations.

Design end-to-end flows:

Produce user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI with accessibility and responsive patterns in mind, defaulting to Replit prototypes and using Figma only when needed.

Partner on AI experiences:

Collaborate with PM/Eng/ML to design AI-augmented workflows (prompt flows, guardrails, evaluation criteria) and measure quality.

Document decisions:

Capture assumptions, experiments, and results; maintain design specs and handoff materials.

Raise the bar:

Contribute to the design system, share best practices, and mentor peers informally.

Experienced in

SaaS product design

and comfortable taking ambiguous 0?1 ideas to tested concepts.

Bias-to-action maker who can code simple prototypes and wire up APIs to prove value quickly.

User-obsessed and data-informed; you combine qualitative research with product analytics to decide what to build next.

Clear, concise communicator who aligns cross-functional partners and incorporates feedback without losing the core insight.

Pragmatic: you know when to sketch, when to prototype, and when to polish.

What You Have

5–8+ years

in Product/UX design for B2B or B2C software (portfolio required).

Strong 0?1 portfolio showing problem framing, prototyping, user feedback, iteration, shipped outcomes.

Hands-on prototyping skills: Figma (or similar), with experience using tools like Replit or similar environments to build quick, interactive prototypes preferred.

Experience designing

AI-assisted

user experiences (prompting patterns, evaluation, UX guardrails).

Fluency in discovery methods: interviews, usability tests, surveys, and lightweight experiments.

Familiarity with agile environments and tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack/GChat); ability to manage your own workstream.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

HCM / public sector

domains.

Working with design systems at scale (contributing components, tokens).

Comfort with product analytics and session tools (GA, FullStory, Amplitude, Gainsight).

Mobile or responsive web design experience; accessibility (WCAG) proficiency.
