Your Impact You will be at the center of our logistics and shipping operations, ensuring materials, products, and information flow seamlessly between departments. What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate day-to-day shipping operations with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Verify received materials and direct them to appropriate departments or storage areas.
Prepare outgoing shipments using cost-effective courier services while maintaining accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
Lead quarterly inventory cycle counts and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support the implementation and upkeep of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Participate in daily production meetings to share logistics updates and improvement ideas.
Partner with managers to drive continuous improvement projects in freight, shipping, and inventory processes.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Working knowledge of inventory systems or WMS is a plus.
