Talent Acquisition Specialist
TPD is a leading civil engineering firm ranked #9 best in the nation and is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and extending offers.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with HR Generalists and department leads.
Represent TPD at career fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate metrics or reports for HR leadership.
Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment materials, enhance social media presence, and promote company culture.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain awareness of current recruiting trends and best practices.
May be required to travel to other offices or recruitment events in and out of state.
Perform such other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
2‑4 years of progressive experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience in an engineering, architectural, or professional services environment preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
PHR/SHRM‑CP or AIRS certification is preferred.
Hourly Rate $27/hour - $31/hour
