Role Description We’re looking for a
Business Development Specialist
to help us grow our client base and deepen our presence in key markets.
This is a full-time, remote role. You’ll:
Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach and market research
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in our core verticals
Engage with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and calls to set high‑quality discovery meetings
Nurture relationships over time, not just chase quick wins
Collaborate with leadership on outreach campaigns, messaging, and growth experiments
Track activities and opportunities in our CRM and provide regular feedback on what’s working (and what isn’t)
This role is a good fit if you like structured outreach, clear goals, and working closely with a small, experienced team.
Compensation
Base salary:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
Variable compensation:
Bonus/commission for each closed sale you help generate

Qualifications
Experience with
lead generation and market research
(ideally in B2B)
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Comfortable reaching out to and following up with decision‑makers
Solid organizational skills
and the ability to manage your own pipeline
Proactive, curious, and
solution‑oriented
Experience in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred , but not required if you have relevant experience
