About the Role We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role will support the company’s visual identity, marketing initiatives, and internal branding projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering consistent, high‑quality design work aligned with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation:
Edit and prepare existing recorded videos for social media and internal communication (trimming, adding logos, subtitles, transitions, and overlays).
Design and produce static graphics for digital channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal newsletters.
Ensure all visuals reflect the company’s tone, branding, and messaging guidelines.
Brand Implementation:
Support the rollout of updated corporate branding materials, including business cards, PowerPoint templates, and company‑wide email signatures.
Design internal and external assets (brochures, banners, flyers, and marketing collateral) consistent with company standards.
Internal Communication Support:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to design visuals for employee events, internal campaigns, and training programs.
Ensure consistent application of the brand identity across presentations, documents, and internal systems.
Video Editing:
Cut, trim, and edit pre‑recorded videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Adjust color, sound, and formatting for different platforms (LinkedIn, company website, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of professional design experience (internships or freelance experience accepted).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with photo editing and color correction.
Familiarity with corporate branding and marketing best practices.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
