About the Role The Company is seeking a Product Detailer/Drafter – Retail Millwork to join their Baltimore team. This hybrid role focuses on creating detailed technical drawings and developing design solutions that bring retail fixture concepts to life, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and adherence to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create, revise, and finalize detailed technical and shop drawings for retail millwork projects.
Collaborate with designers and production teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with design specifications and manufacturing standards.
Develop and maintain drawing documentation throughout project lifecycles.
Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inventor Pro, AutoCAD 3D, and Solid Parametric software.
Proven experience in retail millwork, store fixtures, or related manufacturing drafting.
Strong technical drawing and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
Degree or certification in drafting, design, or a related field preferred.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial.
