About the Role VCA Forest South Animal Hospital
is looking to add a
Certified Veterinary Technician
to our leadership team as a
Technician Supervisor.
Schedule Full-time opportunity , 4 x 10 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
Compensation Pay range : $26–28/hr, determined by skill set and years of experience.

You will work alongside our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to provide mentorship, ensure the hospital runs efficiently, and foster a winning environment. You will have the opportunity to build your leadership skills and have a clear career path.
Responsibilities
Implementing department policies and procedures.
Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff.
Delivering employee performance feedback.
Monitoring day-to-day activities and engaging with support staff.
