Aortic Surgery Procedures Required: Descending Aortic Aneurysms, Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms Procedures Required: Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections and Pneumonectomy, Chest Wall Resection and Reconstruction, Mediastinal Surgery Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Heart Valve Repair / Replacement Surgery, Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (Core Valve System), Mitral Valve Repair Scope of Services Required: Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery Documentation / Practice Details: Epic EMR, Patient Age Demographic 18+, Number of Operating Rooms: 1 Call Schedule: After office hours and weekends Requirements
