Job Overview Seeking a full-time BE/BC Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Specialist to join team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota as a sole specialist.
Responsibilities
Work a 4 ½ day work week during normal clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
No call, weekends, or holidays
Autonomous work environment and flexible work schedule within practice
Procedures performed regularly: bronchoscopy, spirometry, pulmonary stress tests, and sleep studies
15‑18 patients/day average
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary for the first 2 contract years of employment with opportunity for additional compensation based on production
Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
6 weeks paid time off while on guarantee
Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability insurance (long and short term) and full malpractice
Annual employer contribution of a generous 10% of wages toward retirement (100% vested after one year without employee contribution requirements)
Retirement plan includes: 401 K, profit sharing and cash balance plan
