Job Overview
The Patient Services Advocate is an AltaMed ambassador who welcomes and attends to all patients, creating a positive front‑office experience by managing expectations and demonstrating compassion and respect. The Advocate also functions as a member of the health‑care team, assisting in the delivery of patient‑focused care through excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1–2 years of customer‑service, greeter, or receptionist experience (preferred). Bilingual ability in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred. Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation
